Healthy Lemon Popsicles Recipe

The summer days are still so hot around here! I love lemon and citrus things and this popsicle full of healthy benefits is quite the special treat!! Hope you enjoy it!


INGREDIENTS

1 cup of plain coconut yogurt

2 Tbs fresh lemon juice ( more if you want a stronger lemon flavor) 

2 Tbs of honey

1 Tbs fresh grated ginger

2 Tsp grated lemon zest

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp ground turmeric


DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth, pour into popsicle molds.

Freeze overnight and enjoy! 

Makes approximately 2 popsicles

This recipe can also be enjoyed as a smoothie! Just add 1 cup of ice cubes and blend with all the other ingredients. Enjoy immediately.
