Azure Farm ("Azure Farm," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through azurefarmlife.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Contact information (name, email address) when you use our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter
Order information (name, shipping address, billing address, and payment information) when you purchase a product from our Farm Shop. Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

We also automatically collect limited technical information needed to operate the Site, such as your IP address and browser type, through our hosting platform, Squarespace. As described in our Cookie Policy, we do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies to collect this information.

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, such as maintaining order records for accounting and legal purposes, or until you ask us to delete it.

Azure Farm does not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on this Site, but you're welcome to contact us with any questions or requests regarding your data.

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the Site.
