These watermelon treats are so refreshing and easy to make! We currently have a picnic table inside our living room so it’s been fun to sit at it and pretend like we are outside. It’s been so hot here in Georgia!

Ava wasn’t sure about the treats right at first. She only looked at them ha! After a little bit she put her finger in one. Don’t worry though I enjoyed her portion for her.


RECIPE


Healthy Watermelon Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS 

1 Medium sized watermelon ( seedless preferred) 

Plant based cool whip( thawed) 

Maraschino cherries 

DIRECTIONS

Cut watermelon into 2 inch thick slices

Use a biscuit cutter to cut out thick rounds

Place onto cupcake liner

Top with cool whip. You can pipe it on, or just use the spray kind with the nozzle. 

Top with a cherry! 

ENJOY! Easy, quick, and delicious!
