Vintage Fall Table Decor
Fall is the perfect time of year to bring out your antique and vintage pieces. I love the golden hues of brass tarnished over time up against the bright flowers, china passed down through generations, and the sweet surprise of a little friend! Read on to see the whole table.
I love fall and all things related to it! Most of all the textures and colors! Incorporating some vintage pieces into your tables-cape really makes the table pop and feel much more cozy and fall like.
FLOWERS
I added some fresh cut dahlias from our garden! Are they not stunning! The bright colors add an unexpected twist to the table!
WAYS TO STYLE WITH VINTAGE PIECES
I have lots of vintage candelabras and I love to have them lit for that soft cozy glow around the dinner table. Our dahlias are still blooming and they added the perfect dramatic pop to the table.
Pumpkins of course complete the look! I used my vintage set of china dishes and flatware and glasses as well!
My two favorite pieces are an old metal toolbox and a brass vase to hold the flowers. Simple and easy to put together! Our dinning room itself has a couple antique pieces. The buffet and large mirror stand as the focal point of the dinning room. I love how the flowers on the table matched beautifully with the details in the buffet.
There’s also a bit of amber glass that is truly vintage and oh so beautiful in the background.
KITTENS
Of course no tablescape is complete without kittens! Just kidding but are they not the cutest? I just couldn’t resist them being a part. They were not there for the meal of course. Our Cat Sunny had 4 new babies about a month ago and we have been obsessed with them!
