Before the farm had rhythm.

Nothing thrives without healthy soil.
The body is no different.
The soul is no different.

January is a season for foundations, not force.
For listening before breaking.

This is the
The days here aren’t remarkable on their own.
But together, they form a way of living
shaped by attention, care, and repetition.

This is what I return to.
January asks for restraint.
What looks like stillness in the garden 
is often preparation happening beneath the surface.

I wrote more about this rhythm in tomorrow’s letter.
