I love canning strawberry jam - knowing that it is homemade and healthier than store-bought preserves. They don't contain any added sugars, preservatives, or colorants.

My favorite way of making sugar-free strawberry jam is by water-bath canning. It is quick, easy, and delicious! This is the perfect strawberry jam canning recipe for first-time canners, with no added sugar!

FRESH SUMMER LOW-SUGAR STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM

This yummy and easy-to-make low-sugar strawberry freezer jam is great if you are not yet comfortable with water-bath canning.

This recipe also has no added sugar and is sweetened with local raw honey, delicious unsweetened apple juice, and crushed strawberries. Ball® Canning has a wonderful low-to-no-sugar pectin, which works amazingly and gives the jam a perfect texture.

It’s a wonderful treat you can make that will last you all year!
