Refreshing, Citrusy Marigold Vinegar

Marigolds are the flower of October! And oh, how beautiful they are in their simplicity!

But did you know marigolds are not just for looking pretty in your garden? They are edible too!

Marigolds offer a slightly spicy, tangy flavor reminiscent of citrus and saffron. These flowers are commonly used in rice dishes, soups, or stews to add color and depth.

They also look beautiful in salads and can even be infused with vinegar to make a refreshing dressing for your salad!
