It's hard to believe our little Ava Rose is 7 today❤️

Each year she's picked her birthday party theme and this time it was Donkeys and Bubble gum 😆

She even decorated her cake all by herself! Flowers from the garden and pictures of our donkeys 🫏

Chive blossoms are one of those small reminders that food can be more than food, it can be medicine.

Picked fresh from the garden, they’re at their most potent. Full of flavor, yes, but also nutrients the body actually recognizes and uses.
