Spring Garden Salad

Fresh greens from our greenhouse plus some fennel and edible flowers make

this a light and delicious salad for spring.

Spring Garden Fresh Salad

INGREDIENTS

3 cups fresh spinach

3 cups fresh butter lettuce

1 head of fennel

Seasonal edible flowers

DRESSING

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbs balsamic vinegar

2 tsp agave nectar

1 tsp salt

1 clove of garlic minced

DIRECTIONS

Wash and tear the lettuce and to spinach in a large bowel

Slice the fennel

In a small bowl mix the dressing ingredients.

Toss salad and dressing together and garnish with edible flowers
