Smoothies are a great way to take in lots of nutrients without having to eat tons of food! Blending up those veggies and fruits makes them easier to eat and tastier too! I love adding almond butter but you can add peanut butter too! Smoothies are almost a way to make it seem like you’re eating dessert when you’re really just eating something super healthy and good for you!

Sometimes it’s hard to eat all the greens we need to stay healthy! Eating a bowl of kale or spinach does not sound that appetizing but when you put it in a smoothie all of a sudden kale and spinach don’t seem so bad!

PROTEIN POWDER

There are two different proteins I use in my smoothies that I love. I sometimes just alternate between them. We are plant-based to the main component of these protein is not from an animal source but from pea protein and other super good for you ingredients! Here are the two I love

1.) Garden of Life Greens and Protein powder This comes with energizing greens to add to your already healthy smoothie.
